Emily GREEN, Founder and CEO

The Founder and CEO of Grace Communications, Emily Green, has over 12 years of experience leading marketing, public relations, event planning, and business development efforts for companies all over the United States. She has a demonstrated history of success with helping develop new companies and departments as well as extensive event planning and social media experience. She also has been responsible for public relations efforts in top markets all over the country such as Chicago, St. Louis, Minneapolis, and Charlotte. Her passion for marketing and helping businesses grow is what led her to form Grace Communications

Betty Nicklaus, Senior Account Manager

Betty is an Account Manager for Grace Communications who loves helping brands and communities grow through marketing. She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from Western Illinois University in 2020. She also minored in psychology with a strong marketing focus. When she isn’t busy helping with clients, she loves spending time with her husband and traveling.

Jenna Yates, Account Manager

Jenna is a highly motivated Photographer and a Social Media & Content Creator enthusiast. She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2022. When she isn’t busy creating content, she loves working out & exploring the city of Charlotte!

Kalyssa Kolb, Account Manager

Kalyssa is an Account Manager for Grace Communications who loves all things social media and creative. She recently graduated with a degree in Public Relations from The University of Alabama (Roll Tide!). When she isn’t diving into client work you can find her sipping iced coffee, goofing around with her golden doodle Loo Loo, or capturing life’s precious moments through her camera. 

Linda Lemmons, business development specialist

Linda is the Client Relationship Manager at Grace Communications. She is a results-driven sales and marketing professional with a demonstrated history of success in corporate, hospitality, and retail Industries. She received her B.S. in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama. She and her husband enjoy cheering on the Crimson Tide – Roll Tide Roll, with their two boxers by their side. She is passionate about connecting leaders and cultivating volunteer and corporate engagement. She enjoys volunteering, golfing, reading, and spending time outdoors.

Natalie Dick, Public Relations Specialist

Natalie is a communications, public relations, and media relations professional with more than 13 years of experience promoting the Charlotte region at the local, state, national, and international levels. She is an expert media strategist with 20+ years as a journalist. She is a passionate PR pro and storyteller. Last but certainly not least, she’s a team leader with a proven track record in crisis, internal, and external communications.

Jodi Mechem, Marketing Support Manager

Jodi brings years of contract, marketing and sales support experience to Grace Communications. As Marketing Support Manager, she is tasked with keeping us and our clients connected and organized. A proud Penn State and Old Dominion University graduate, she loves watching football, traveling with her husband and son, reading, volunteering and taking her rescue dog for long walks.
